After another 6 hours plus of flight time, finally we arrived in Rome. I was greeted 'good morning' by a very kind custom officer, suprise surpise... =) Pretty name they have for the airportat - Rome Leonardo da Vinci Airport, or better known as Rome Fiumicino Airport. ...
First meal in Italy at Cicca E Piazza... all tired and sleepy, but patiently waiting for the lunch to be served...
Deng deng deng deng!!! Let's say hi to the rock-like bread... instead of butter and bread, ate the bread with olive oil, black vinegar. *gulp
Second course - appetiser, helo PASTA!!! so highly expected authentic yummy pasta but turned out... ok... so-so... none appetising... cannot finish the dish... as it was half-cooked, rubbery, oily and tasteless... As plain as you can imagine, very unattractive meal to begin with.
The day was sunny, felt a little warm somehow... Pretty blue sky contrasting with white and pink houses, beautiful and even mesmerizing~
API - a chain petrol station in Italy. Everywhere you go you'll see Api. Don't know what it means by Api in Italian, but in Malay... by all means, let's go to the FIRE and pump some fuel... sounds quite unsafe and explosive can! And I wonder, why is petrol station always yellow, if not green??
4 hours bus transit to Florence would be very boring without these wintry scenery...
才四点多,夕阳转眼间就逝去
都还没来得及做些什么的,天就黑了……
已经踏入第24个小时没躺下睡过

but but but, here's THE MALL which made us all awake and energetic once again!!! It's a mall located in the green hills of Tuscany, did I mention outdoor? Stuffed with all the branded goods, Gucci, Prada, Tods... etc Alas, not as complete branded goods shopping outlets, as they don't sell LV here. However, managed to buy a Burberry shirt at €30!!! where else can you get this price...

Albeit freezing in a subzero temperature, shopping here was such a remarkable experience... People don't just see, they buy...

3 days after the X'mas, the deco was still hanging there... =)
The journey has only just begun...
